目的设计一种新颖、简单的腕X线片投照体位以评估国人香港地区正常舟月间隙。方法100名志愿者,男54人女46人。年龄18~80岁,平均40岁。每个腕(200腕)使用同一台极低辐射的XiscanX线机摄常规后前位、加垫后前位(将一个可透X线的10mm垫放在手小鱼际下)、桡偏位、尺偏位。将舟月间隙、头状骨长度、勾骨长度、月骨长度进行统计学分析。结果舟月间隙在常规后前位时,60%看不到加垫后前位(改良体位)时100%可见舟月间隙。国人正常舟月间隙为2.07mm。头状骨和勾骨长度在腕各位置中最恒定。结论加垫的改良体位是观察舟月间隙的理想X线投照体位。
Objective To design a novel and simple wrist X-ray projection position to assess the normal Chinese people in Hong Kong Sagar clearance. Methods 100 volunteers, 54 men and 46 women. Age 18 to 80 years old, average 40 years old. Each wrist (200 wrists) uses the same very low-emission XiscanX machine as the conventional front-post, padded front (with a X-ray-permeable 10mm pad placed under the hand), radial deviation , Feet deviation position. The space between the scapholunate, the length of the capitate, the length of the hookbone and the length of the lunate were analyzed statistically. Results Sagittal space in the conventional anteroposterior position, 60% can not see the padded anterior position (improved position) when 100% visible scapholoat space. People’s normal clearance for the boat is 2.07mm. Capitate and hookbone length in the wrist position the most constant. Conclusion padded improved position is to observe the Sagittal space ideal X-ray position.
