实验室中提取植物的水溶性成分大都采用渗漉法或直接(水浴)加热法。但因用渗漉法抽捉缓慢费时,溶剂体积过大,且难以提取完全,故不宜用于成分的含量测定。直接加热法则每因植物淀粉的糊化,树胶、糖或粘液质的溶出而易造成抽出液过滤处理的麻烦,亦感不足。日人大桥等曾引用一水蒸汽连续抽取装置,经试用尚欠理想。下面介绍一种简便的供作植物水溶性成分含量测定用的水蒸汽抽提器。设备及装置说明(见附图): 1.A为普通直形冷凝器,不必采用过大者;B为玻管,长度大小可根据需要变更,亦可
Most of the water-soluble components of the plants extracted from the laboratory are osmotic or direct (water bath) heating. However, it is not suitable for the determination of the content of the components because it is slow and time-consuming to draw by the percolation method, the volume of the solvent is too large, and it is difficult to extract completely. The direct heating method is often inconvenient because the gelatinization of the starch of the plant, the elution of the gum, sugar, or mucilage may easily cause troubles in the filtration treatment of the extraction liquid. The Japanese people’s bridge, etc. have quoted a continuous extraction device for water vapor, which is still unsatisfactory after trials. A simple steam extraction device for the determination of the water-soluble components of plants is described below. Description of equipment and equipment (see drawing): 1.A is an ordinary straight condenser, which does not need to be oversized; B is a glass tube, and the length can be changed as needed.
