室温固相复合热双金属技术于1956年发明,发达国家自六十年代起相继采用固相复合工艺,我国自1965年开始试验,于1980年首先在上海钢铁研究所取得重大进展之后,国家科委、冶金部要求将这项科研成果尽快转为批量生产,复合优质大卷重热双金属带材,取代进口材料,满足电子工业和家用电器等行业对热双金属日益增长的需要,为此,1983年将固相复合新技术列为“六·五”攻关项目。
The room temperature solid phase composite thermal bimetallic technology was invented in 1956. The developed countries have successively adopted the solid phase composite process since the 1960s. Since 1965, China started to experiment. After making significant progress in Shanghai Iron and Steel Research Institute in 1980, Commission and Ministry of Metallurgy request that the scientific research should be turned into mass production as soon as possible and that the composite high-quality heavy-coil heavy-duty dual metal strip should be replaced with imported materials to meet the growing demand for thermal bimetal in the electronics industry and household appliances industries. In 1983, the solid-phase composite technology as a “six one five” research project.
