Histochemistry is one of the feasible methods to study the localization, characterization and quantification of the chemical composition of gallstone. However, due to the brittleness and fragility of gallstone, ordinary paraffin sections can not obtain satisfactory gallstone specimens. China Medical University, Dai Xianwei and other thin-section paraffin wax resin reinforced technology has been satisfactorily organized specimens.
