本文对36名甲型、36名乙型以及45名非甲非乙型肝炎急性期的血清IgG、IgM和IgA水平进行了测定。三组病例的年龄和性别分布相似,多数为15～29岁男性患者。所有病例的急性期血清均于起病2周内采集。结果三型肝炎IgA水平无明显差异,甲型为219mg/dl±72,乙型为209mg/dl±65,非甲非乙型为211mg/dl±106。IgM水平以甲型最高(443mg/dl±256),乙型次之(270mg/dl
In this paper, the serum levels of IgG, IgM and IgA were measured in 36 patients with type A, 36 patients with type B and 45 patients with acute non-A, non-B hepatitis. Three groups of patients were similar in age and gender distribution, the majority of male patients aged 15 to 29 years. All cases of acute phase serum were collected within 2 weeks of onset. Results There was no significant difference in IgA levels of hepatitis B between the two groups, with 219mg / dl ± 72 for type A, 209mg / dl ± 65 for type B and 211mg / dl ± 106 for non-A / B.
