采用断续流动氢化物发生—原子荧光法测定化学实验室的挥发态汞,试验并优化了分析条件.在确定的最佳测定条件下,汞浓度在0.0—2.0ng/mL浓度范围内与荧光强度呈现良好的线性关系,方法的检出限为0.013ng/mL,分析测量值的相对标准偏差(RSD)小于4.3%.测定结果表明,不同操作环境的化学实验室存在着程度不同的汞污染,对师生健康存在潜在威胁,应引起人们的足够重视. The determination of volatile mercury in chemical laboratory by intermittent flow hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was carried out to optimize and analyze the analytical conditions.Under the optimal determination conditions, the concentration of mercury in the concentration range of 0.0-2.0ng / mL and fluorescence The linearity of the method was linear with a detection limit of 0.013 ng / mL and a relative standard deviation (RSD) of less than 4.3% of the measured values. The results showed that different degrees of mercury contamination were found in chemical laboratories in different operating environments , There is a potential threat to the health of teachers and students, which should arouse people’s attention.
