研究目的:在既有铁路、在建铁路、拟建铁路的基础上,分析四川省各个方向铁路输送能力与需求的适应情况,并根据运能与需求的适应情况确定四川对外铁路通道的建设时序。研究结论:四川省的铁路建设应集中力量先建对外通道,缓建内部通道。在拟建铁路中,立即开工建设兰渝铁路和遂渝铁路复线;在规划铁路中,建设顺序依次为成昆铁路提速扩能、西安至成都客运专线、成都至拉萨铁路、成都至贵阳铁路,上述4条铁路均应在2018年以前建成通车。
Research purposes: On the basis of existing railway, railway under construction and proposed railway, this paper analyzes the adaptability of railway transport capacity and demand in all directions in Sichuan Province and determines the construction sequence of Sichuan’s external railway access according to the adaptability of transport capacity and demand . Research conclusions: The railway construction in Sichuan Province should concentrate on building the first foreign passage and easing the internal passage. In the proposed railway, the construction of the Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway and the Suining-Chongqing Railway will start immediately. In the planning of the railway, the construction sequence will be the speed-expansion of Chengdu-Kunming Railway, the passenger line from Xi’an to Chengdu, the Chengdu-Lhasa Railway, the Chengdu-Guiyang Railway, The above four railways should be opened to traffic by 2018.
