目的提出我国核应急培训发展的几点建议。方法调研德国、美国、英国、加拿大四国核应急培训的特点。结果我国核应急人才培训形成了一定规模,但我国核应急我才缺口较大,现有的培训力度和模式很难满足国家核应急人才需求量的要求。结论我国核应急人才培训形成核应急培训的规范、长效机制,并形成理论与技能并重的培训模式,才能满足新形势下国家核应急工作的要求。
Objective To put forward some suggestions on the development of nuclear emergency training in our country. Methods Investigate the characteristics of nuclear emergency training in Germany, the United States, Britain and Canada. As a result, China’s nuclear emergency personnel training has formed a certain scale. However, China’s nuclear emergency has a large gap. The current training intensity and model are difficult to meet the requirements of the national nuclear emergency personnel demand. Conclusions The training of nuclear emergency personnel in our country forms a standardized and long-term mechanism of nuclear emergency training and forms a training model that combines both theory and skills in order to meet the requirements of national nuclear emergency work in the new situation.
