神经干细胞是神经元和神经胶质细胞的共同前体细胞。神经干细胞增殖及分化机制的研究为神经系统疾病治疗提供了新的途径。具有巨大的潜在应用价值和理论研究意义。Wnt信号转导途径是传递生长刺激信号的通路,对多种生物的胚胎和体轴发育,特别是在胚胎神经系统发育过程中起着重要作用。新近研究表明,Wnt信号途径能够明显促进神经干细胞向神经元分化,其机制可能与神经干细胞的内在特性、内环境及靶基因的不同有关。
Neural stem cells are common precursor cells of neurons and glial cells. The research of neural stem cell proliferation and differentiation mechanism provides a new way for the treatment of nervous system diseases. It has huge potential application value and theoretical research significance. The Wnt signaling pathway is a pathway that transmits growth stimulating signals and plays an important role in embryonic and axial development of various organisms, particularly in the development of the embryonic nervous system. Recent studies have shown that Wnt signaling pathway can significantly promote neural stem cells to differentiate into neurons, which may be related to the intrinsic characteristics of neural stem cells, the internal environment and the different target genes.
