[目的]观察食管癌术后早期肠内营养对机体免疫功能的影响。[方法]随机将50例食管癌病人分成两组 ,早期肠内营养(EEN)组(25例)和对照组(25例) ;分别在术前1天、术后1天、7天检测IgG、IgA、IgM及T细胞亚群、转铁蛋白。[结果]EEN组术后体液免疫(IgA、IgG)和T细胞亚群(CD3、CD 4、CD 4/CD 8)及转铁蛋白与对照组相比均有显著性差异(P<0 01) ,EEN组术后并发症有所减少。[结论]食管癌术后早期肠内营养能明显改善机体免疫功能。
[Objective] To observe the effect of early postoperative enteral nutrition on immune function in esophageal cancer patients. [Methods] Fifty patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into two groups: early enteral nutrition group (n = 25) and control group (n = 25). IgG was detected at 1 day, 1 day and 7 days , IgA, IgM and T cell subsets, transferrin. [Results] The postoperative humoral (IgA, IgG) and T lymphocyte subsets (CD3, CD 4, CD 4 / CD 8) and transferrin in EEN group were significantly different from those in control group (P <0.01 ), EEN group decreased postoperative complications. [Conclusion] Early postoperative enteral nutrition can significantly improve the immune function of esophageal cancer patients.
