教学质量监控体系的科学构建和高效运行,是保证教学质量和提高教学效果的重要手段。通过监控,可以及时发现教学工作中的薄弱环节,以便采取有针对性的纠错措施,使教学质量达到预期目标。本文就全寄宿制高级中学开展教学质量监控的探索与实践,从构建监控体系、细化监控过程、创新监控途径等三个方面做出阐述。
The scientific construction and efficient operation of the teaching quality monitoring system is an important means to ensure the teaching quality and improve the teaching effect. Through monitoring, we can find the weak links in the teaching work in time so that we can take the corrective measures to make the teaching quality reach the expected goal. In this paper, we carry out the exploration and practice of monitoring the quality of teaching in the whole boarding senior high schools, from three aspects: building the monitoring system, refining the monitoring process and innovating the monitoring methods.
