肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤(ＡＭＬ)属肾脏良性肿瘤,近年来由于Ｂ超的广泛应用,本瘤的发现有所增多。ＡＭＬ虽很少恶变,但因含有多量迂曲质脆的瘤性血管,有破裂大出血的危险,应引起重视。现将我院近10年来经手术及病理证实的9例报告如下。1　临床资料11　一般资料9例均为女性,年龄31～ Renal angiomyolipoma (AML) is a benign renal neoplasm.
