聚乙烯管道焊接过程中 ,温度场的分布对焊接的质量有重要影响。本文在分析了聚乙烯管道电熔焊接过程的基础上 ,提出了焊接过程中热量传输的数学模型 ,采用完全隐式差分方法对电熔焊接过程中的瞬态温度场进行了数值模拟 ,并利用热电耦温度自动采集系统对焊接时的温度场变化进行了实时自动检测。通过实际测量值和模型预测值的比较表明 ,所建立的数学模型是合理的 ,计算结果与实际测试结果基本吻合 ,这一模型的提出有助于焊接质量的保证和焊接过程自动化的实现。
Polyethylene pipe welding process, the temperature distribution of the welding quality has a significant impact. Based on the analysis of the welding process of polyethylene pipe, the mathematical model of heat transfer in welding process is proposed. The transient temperature field in the process of electrofusion welding is numerically simulated by a completely implicit difference method. Thermocouple temperature automatic acquisition system for welding temperature changes in real-time automatic detection. The comparison between the actual measured value and the model predictive value shows that the established mathematical model is reasonable and the calculation result is in good agreement with the actual test result. The proposed model is helpful to ensure welding quality and automate the welding process.
