目的:探讨类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者的细胞免疫状态及其在发病机理中的作用。方法:检测43例RA患者外周血sIL2R、T细胞亚群及淋巴细胞转化率。结果:RA患者sIL2R、淋巴细胞转化率明显高于正常人,经治疗好转后,有明显降低。活动期CD+4细胞增加,CD+8明显降低,CD+4/CD+8比值升高;治疗好转后,CD+4降低不明显,CD+8明显回升,CD+4/CD+8比值下降。结论:RA患者体内淋巴细胞处于高激活状态,其细胞免疫功能紊乱与RA发病机理有关。
Objective: To investigate the cellular immune status in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients and its role in pathogenesis. Methods: 43 cases of RA patients with peripheral blood sIL 2R, T cell subsets and lymphocyte transformation rate. Results: The sIL2R and lymphocyte transformation rates of RA patients were significantly higher than those of normal subjects. After treatment, the levels of sIL2R were significantly decreased. The number of CD + 4 cells increased, the percentage of CD + 8 decreased significantly and the ratio of CD + 4 / CD + 8 increased. After treatment, the decrease of CD + 4 was not obvious. Conclusion: Lymphocytes in RA patients are highly activated and their cellular immune dysfunction is related to the pathogenesis of RA.
