供电企业优质服务水平的不断提升,是赢取消费者、占据市场、确保自身健康发展的必要保证。供电营业窗口作为直接面向客户的服务平台,是供电企业服务形象的重要展示部分。长期以来,国家电网公司高度重视营业窗口建设,逐步规范窗口各项服务工作,取得了明显的成效。就如何提升农村地区供电营业窗口服务水平,从提高工作人员主动服务意识、强化硬件管理、完善窗口制度建设以及服务监督管理等方面提出了一些见解,以供广大供电营业窗口管理和服务人员参考。
The continuous improvement of the service quality of power supply enterprises is the necessary guarantee to win consumers, occupy the market and ensure their own healthy development. Power supply business window as a direct service platform for customers, power supply company is an important part of the service image. For a long time, State Grid Corporation attaches great importance to the construction of business window, and gradually standardize the window of various services, and achieved remarkable results. Some suggestions are put forward on how to improve the service level of power supply service window in rural areas, such as improving staff awareness of active service, strengthening hardware management, improving window system construction and service supervision and management.
