济南假单胞菌第二代产品PJ—CW(胞壁提取物)经4家医院对30例癌性胸、腹水及淋巴结转移病人进行了Ⅰ期临床观察,其中对癌性胸水有效率为68.2％;癌性腹水有效率为50％,对原发瘤转移的癌性淋巴结治疗两例,均有效;总有效率为66.7％。
PJ-CW (cell wall extract), the second generation product of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, was clinically observed in 30 patients with cancerous thoracic, ascites and lymph node metastases in 4 hospitals. The effective rate for malignant pleural effusion was 68.2. The effective rate of cancerous ascites is 50%. Two cases of cancerous lymph node metastasis of primary tumor are effective; the total effective rate is 66.7%.
