目的探讨克罗米芬联合人绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗多囊卵巢综合症(PCOS)的临床效果。方法选取64例PCOS不孕患者随机分为观察组与对照组各32例,对照组给予克罗米芬治疗,观察组联合用人绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗。结果两组临床症状明显较治疗前有所缓解,T、LH/FSH、FINS治疗后明显较治疗前下降(P<0.05),观察组较对照组下降更为明显(P<0.05);体重治疗后虽较治疗前下降,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组排卵率93.75%,停药后6个月内妊娠率53.13%,对照组分别为71.88%、28.13%,两组比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论克罗米芬联合人绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗PCOS能明显改善患者临床症状及内分泌失调情况,提高了排卵率及妊娠率。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of clomiphene combined with human chorionic gonadotropin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods Sixty-four patients with PCOS infertility were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with clomiphene and the observation group was treated with human chorionic gonadotropin. Results The clinical symptoms in both groups were significantly relieved before treatment. The levels of T, LH / FSH and FINS in treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05), and those in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05) (P> 0.05). The ovulation rate was 93.75% in the observation group and 53.13% in the 6 months after stopping the treatment. The control group was 71.88% and 28.13% respectively. The difference was statistically significant There was significant difference between groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Clomiphene combined with human chorionic gonadotropin treatment of PCOS can significantly improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and endocrine disorders, increased ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
