通过对柴油发动机发生渗漏现象的缸体部位进行微观形貌观察,发现缩松缩孔是导致柴油机发动机缸体铸铁件渗漏的主要缺陷。从铸铁材料、浇注温度和孕育工艺等方面分析缩松缩孔产生原因,并从化学成分和熔炼工艺、浇注温度和孕育处理方面进行控制和改进,有效解决了柴油机发动机缸体铸铁件的产生缩松缩孔缺陷引起渗漏问题。
