目的:探讨蟾酥止痛贴的成型工艺。方法:以感官指标总评和黏附性为评价指标,采用正交设计试验优选蟾酥止痛贴中基质的最佳配比;以感官指标总评和赋形性为评价指标,采用单因素考察基质与药物的最佳比例。结果:蟾酥止痛贴基质的最佳配比为羧甲基纤维素钠∶氧化锌∶甘油=2∶2∶5;基质与药物的最佳比例为2∶3。结论:该实验方法操作简便,结果准确,能较好地控制该贴剂的成型工艺及质量。本实验为该贴剂成型工艺的进一步研究提供了理论支持和实践依据。
Objective: To investigate the molding process of Toad’s pain relief paste. Methods: With the total sensory index and adhesiveness as the evaluation index, the optimal ratio of matrix in Toadstool painkillers was optimized by orthogonal test. The total sensory index and the conformality were used as the evaluation indexes, and single factor was used to investigate the effect of matrix and drug The best ratio. Results: The optimal ratio of toad pain sticking matrix was sodium carboxymethylcellulose: zinc oxide: glycerol = 2: 2: 5; the optimal ratio of matrix to drug was 2: 3. Conclusion: The experimental method is simple, accurate and can control the molding process and quality of the patch. The experiment provides theoretical support and practical basis for the further study of the patch forming process.
