对几种生产工艺所制的成型5A 分子筛的正癸烷和正十四烷吸附性能进行了研究,测定了吸附水的等温线,计算求得了分子筛样品上水的初始吸附热。并对分子筛样品上分别预吸附2,6-二甲基毗啶、苯甲酸甲酯和α-十二烯后对正癸烷和正十四烷吸附性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,含氮、含氧及烯烃等有机物质对5A 分子筛吸附正构烷烃有明显的影响,引起不同程度的中毒,使其在脱蜡过程中失活。发现正构烷烃在5A 分子筛中的滞留,引起分子筛孔道阻塞,正十四烷尤为显著,这也是脱蜡分子筛失活的主要原因之一。
The adsorption properties of n-decane and n-tetradecane on the formed 5A molecular sieves prepared from several production processes were studied. The isotherms of the adsorbed water were determined. The initial adsorption heat of the water on the molecular sieve samples was calculated. The effects of pre-adsorption of 2,6-dimethylpyridine, methyl benzoate and α-dodecene on the adsorption properties of n-decane and n-tetradecane on zeolite samples were studied. The results showed that organic matter such as nitrogen, oxygen and olefins had a significant effect on the adsorption of n-alkanes on 5A molecular sieve, causing different degree of poisoning and deactivating during dewaxing. It was found that the retention of n-paraffins in 5A molecular sieve caused the blockage of molecular sieve pores, especially n-tetradecane, which was also one of the main reasons for deactivation of molecular sieve.
