通过对我国高职毕业生就业率进行计量回归,得出实证模型,分析影响高职院校毕业生就业的主要因素。研究表明,影响高职毕业生就业率的因素主要包括国内生产总值、第三产业发展水平、非国有单位占比和非国有单位平均工资等。其中前三项对高职院校毕业生就业率有正向影响,非国有单位平均工资具有负向影响。这说明,提高高职毕业生就业率,在促进经济发展的同时要注重调整产业结构,同时要求高职院校注重就业指导和学生专业素质培养,增强专业设置的前瞻性。
Through the regression analysis of the employment rate of higher vocational college graduates in our country, we get the empirical model and analyze the main factors that affect the employment of higher vocational college graduates. The research shows that the factors affecting the employment rate of higher vocational graduates include the gross domestic product, the tertiary industry development level, the proportion of non-state-owned units and the average wage of non-state-owned units. Among them, the first three items have a positive impact on the employment rate of higher vocational college graduates, and the average wage of non-state-owned units has a negative impact. This shows that to improve the employment rate of higher vocational graduates, while promoting economic development, we must pay attention to readjustment of the industrial structure, and at the same time require higher vocational colleges to pay attention to employment guidance and professionalism of students to enhance the prospective of professional settings.
