目的:对以行为改变为目标的糖尿病管理项目进行研究分析。方法:选取我院近年来120例糖尿病患者随机分为观察组(以行为改变为目标的针对性的管理)与参考组(常规管理),各60例,观察两组患者行为习惯情况及各类糖指标的变化情况。结果:观察行为改变人数明显多于参考组(P<0.05);观察组患者1年后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血蛋白指标均明显优于参考组(P<0.05)。结论:以行为改变为目标的糖尿病管理能够促使患者改变不良行为,实现血糖的更好控制。
OBJECTIVE: To study and analyze the diabetes management project that aims to change the behavior. Methods: A total of 120 patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (targeted management with behavioral change) and reference group (conventional management), with 60 cases in each group. Fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were significantly better in the observation group than those in the reference group (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Diabetes management, which targets behavioral changes, can prompt patients to change their bad behavior and achieve better control of their blood glucose.
