京九铁路南北纵贯阜阳市,1997年 通车后,给阜阳的经济发展带来了大好机遇,同时也使粮油流通网络的布局、集运路线、流向发生了较大变化。我市粮食系统必须适应这种变化,优化粮油合理流向,调整集运路线,减少中间环节,避免不合理运输,节约费用,发挥京九铁路对粮食流通的促进作用。为此,我们进行了京九沿线粮食运输状况调查。 一、基本情况 阜阳市地处安徽省西北部,黄淮海平原南端,土地肥沃,是全国粮食主产区,粮源丰富。现辖11个县、市、区,是全国重点商品粮生产基
The Beijing-Kowloon Railway runs through Fuyang City from north to south. After its opening to traffic in 1997, it brought great opportunities to the economic development of Fuyang. At the same time, great changes have taken place in the layout of the distribution network of grain and oil and in the routes and flow of collection and distribution. The food system of our city must adapt to this change, optimize the rational flow of grain and oil, adjust the shipping routes, reduce intermediate links, avoid unreasonable transportation and save costs, and play a role in promoting the circulation of grain by the Beijing-Kowloon Railway.
