曾有报告局部麻醉剂可以抑制钙调素激活肌纤凝蛋白活性,并降低ATP形成,故对精子有不利影响。本文用正常供者精液研究利多卡因对精于活动力及前向运动的影响,初期实验,活动精子持续暴露于剂量范围为0.1~1000μg/ml的利多卡因中24小时,第二批实验,精子暴露于0.1μg/ml利多卡因中0.5,2.0及4.0小时,在24小时时观察活动力,在逻辑回归分析后得到下述统计学结
Local anesthetics have been reported to inhibit calmodulin-induced myosin activity and reduce ATP formation, thus adversely affecting sperm. In this paper, normal donors semen was used to study the effect of lidocaine on activity and forward movement. In the initial experiment, motile sperm were continuously exposed to lidocaine in the dose range of 0.1-1000 μg / ml for 24 hours. The second batch of experiments , Sperm were exposed to 0.1 μg / ml lidocaine for 0.5, 2.0 and 4.0 hours, activity was observed at 24 hours, and the following statistical results were obtained after logistic regression analysis
