医院文化是医院思想政治工作实施的基础,医院思想政治工作也是医院文化具体化的载体,二者之间密不可分。本文旨在研究二者关系,并提出相应措施来通过医院文化来促进医院思想政治工作的开展,以实现医院的可持续发展。
Hospital culture is the basis for the implementation of ideological and political work in the hospital. Ideological and political work in the hospital is also the carrier of the concrete hospital culture, and the two are inseparable. This paper aims to study the relationship between the two and put forward corresponding measures to promote the hospital ideological and political work through the hospital culture in order to achieve the sustainable development of the hospital.
