当前,在改革、开放、搞活的形势下,个体医药队伍不断发展,为城乡人民的健康作了许多工作,受到群众的赞许.但也出现一些游医药贩不遵守法律和有关规定,以行医卖药为名,搞诈骗活动,使不少群众上当受骗,扰乱了社会秩序.不法游医药贩的表现形式为:1.无证行医卖药.一些游医药贩,不经卫生、工商行政部门批准,混入医药市场摆摊.据1986年我区统计,514名个体医药人员中有184名无证,占36%.2.搞诈骗、卖假药.有些游医药贩在摊旁张挂各种自制的“妙手回春”.“时珍再现”等锦旗和一些有吸引力的漫画,以招揽群众.
