本文评述了一些抗肿瘤药物及放射治疗引起的心脏毒性反应。作者就实验模型、临床所见及诊断方法作了介绍并讨论了致病因素、抗肿瘤学与生物膜、DNA的相互关系以及免疫反应等几个方面的问题。实验模型:一些作者报道,属于蒽环类的抗菌素即阿霉素亦有改变心脏收缩能的作用。降低培养液基质中Ca~(++)离子浓度,可增强离体豚鼠心房负性收缩能,而加入β-阻滞剂则可拮抗豚鼠心脏的正性收缩能。
This article reviews a number of anti-cancer drugs and radiotherapy-induced cardiotoxic reactions. The author introduced the experimental models, clinical findings and diagnostic methods and discussed the causative factors, the relationship between anti-oncology and biofilm, DNA and immune response. Experimental model: Some authors report that the anthracycline-based antibiotic, doxorubicin, also has the effect of changing cardiac contractility. Reducing the concentration of Ca ~ (++) in the culture medium can enhance the negative atrial contractile energy of isolated atrial guinea pigs, while adding β - blockers can antagonize the positive contractile energy of guinea pig heart.
