针对HG70D热轧高强焊接钢板同一取样部位出现冲击功波动较大的现象,采用了金相显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜对同部位3个冲击试样的显微组织、冲击断口形貌、夹杂物和析出物进行了观察,应用电子探针对夹杂物进行了元素面扫描,对同一钢板同部位低温冲击功波动较大和冲击功偏低的原因进行了分析。结果表明:严重的珠光体带状组织以及尺寸150 nm的析出相呈条带状分布是造成冲击功偏低的主要原因,此外,TiN和CaO·6Al_2O_3复合氧化物伴生的夹杂物对韧性有不好的影响。
In view of the large fluctuation of impact energy at the same sampling site of HG70D hot rolled high strength welded steel plate, the microstructure, impact fracture morphology, inclusions And precipitates were observed. Elemental scanning of the inclusions was carried out by using electron probe. The reason for the large fluctuation of low-temperature impact energy and low impact energy of the same steel plate was analyzed. The results show that the severe pearlite bands and the precipitates with size of 150 nm are the main reason for the low impact energy. In addition, the inclusions associated with TiN and CaO · 6Al_2O_3 composite oxides have no effect on toughness positive effect.
