本研究以11例恒牙期AngleⅡ1类错畸形的患者为研究对象，拔除四个第一双尖牙，用方丝弓矫治器矫治，并对矫治前后患者的X线头颅侧位片进行比较分析。发现上颌软、硬组织的变化大于下颌，其中，上唇平均内收1．39mm，上切牙平均内收4．08mm，上唇与上切牙后移量之比为1：29。上唇长度增加，A点后移，ANB角减小，上下切牙角增大。本研究结果表明，AngleⅡ1类错拔牙矫治后患者软组织侧貌及唇闭合功能都有较大改善。
In this study, 11 patients with Angle Ⅱ malocclusion of permanent dentition were studied. Four first bicuspid canals were removed and treated with square arch appliance. The X-ray cephalograms of patients before and after orthodontic treatment were compared . The change of maxillary soft and hard tissues was found to be larger than that of mandibular. The upper lip received 1.39 mm on average, the upper adductor received 4.08 mm and the ratio of the upper lip to the incisors was 1:29. Upper lip length increases, A point after the shift, ANB angle decreases, upper and lower incisors angle increases. The results of this study show that Angle Ⅱ 1 malocclusion patients after extraction of soft tissue profile and lip closure function have greatly improved.
