目的:探寻一种疗效确切的小儿早期脑瘫的治疗方法。方法:将120例患儿随机分为穴注组、西药组,每组60例。穴注组给予头穴穴位注射脑蛋白水解物,穴取百会、风池、运动区等,每穴注入0.5~1mL;西药组采用脑蛋白水解物10mL静脉点注。观察两组疗效,并比较治疗前后脑血流变化。结果:穴注组总有效率为91.4%,优于西药组的73.7%(P<0.05);穴注组能显著改善患者大脑中动脉(MCA)、前动脉(ACA)的收缩期峰值流速(Vs)、舒张末期血流速度(Ved)、平均血流速度(Vm),降低血管阻力指数(RI)(均P<0.05),且改善程度优于西药组(均P<0.05)。结论:头穴穴位注射法能显著改善患者脑部微循环,对小儿早期脑瘫具有较好疗效。
Objective: To explore an effective treatment of children with early cerebral palsy. Methods: 120 children were randomly divided into point injection group and western medicine group, 60 cases in each group. Point injection group given acupoint injection of brain protein hydrolyzate, acupoint taking Baihui, wind pool, exercise area, each hole injection 0.5 ~ 1mL; western medicine group using brain protein hydrolyzate 10mL intravenous injection. The curative effect of two groups were observed, and the changes of cerebral blood flow before and after treatment were compared. Results: The total effective rate of acupuncture group was 91.4%, which was better than that of the western medicine group (73.7%, P <0.05). The acupuncture group could significantly improve the peak systolic velocity of MCA and ACA Vs, Ved, Vm, RI of the two groups (all P <0.05), and the improvement was better than western medicine group (all P <0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint injection can significantly improve the brain microcirculation in patients with early cerebral palsy has a good effect.
