在楼宇自控系统的调试、使用过程中,常常遇到控制系统发生通讯故障,影响系统的正常运行。本文通过介绍通讯电路的工作原理和传输方式等基本特性,分析产生问题的原因,阐述了共模电压影响通讯电路的几种情况;以及如何正确连接通讯设备的终端电阻;从工程角度分析设备内部通讯电路结构与通讯线屏蔽层接地问题;并对实际工程情况产生的部分通讯故障进行了分析。
In the building automation system debugging, the use of process, often encountered in the control system communication failure, affecting the normal operation of the system. In this paper, by introducing the basic characteristics of the communication circuit such as working principle and transmission mode, this paper analyzes the causes of the problem, explains the common mode voltage affecting the communication circuit of several situations; and how to correctly connect the communication equipment terminal resistance; from the engineering point of view of the internal equipment Communication circuit structure and communication line shielding grounding problems; and some of the actual engineering conditions caused by communication failures were analyzed.
