化工质量检测工作经验交流会(南方片)于1991年11月27日～29日召开。有51个单位的56位代表参加了会议。化工部生产综合司、化工质量检测协会、常州市化工局、化工部涂料研究所等部门的同志参加了会议。化工部上海化工研究院副院长化工质检协会常务理事陆克勇同志作了总结讲话。这次会议共收到论文28篇,按论文的内容大致可以分为三类:一类是关于企业质监机构的自身建设,第二类是探讨质量监督工作与其它工作的关系,第三类是关于具体的检测工作和检测技术。
The Chemical Quality Inspection Work Experience Exchange Conference (Southern Film) was held on November 27-29, 1991. Fifty-six representatives from 51 units attended the meeting. The comrades from the Chemical Production Department General Division, the Chemical Quality Inspection Association, the Changzhou Chemical Bureau, the Ministry of Chemical Industry Coatings Research Institute and other departments attended the meeting. Mr. Lu Keyong, executive director of the Chemical Quality Inspection Association, vice president of the Shanghai Chemical Industry Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, made a concluding speech. The conference received a total of 28 papers. According to the content of the paper, it can be roughly divided into three categories: one is about the self-construction of the enterprise quality supervision agency; the second is about the relationship between the quality supervision work and other work, the third category It is about specific inspection work and inspection technology.
