介绍了国际食品法典委员会水产及水产加工品专业委员会(CAC-CCFFP)第33届会议对当前水产品国际标准制定的重点和热点问题,以及相关标准制定工作的进展情况。重点介绍了贝类毒素的测定方法、速冻扇贝肉产品标准及加工操作规范、鲟鱼子酱加工操作规范以及组胺限量规定和抽样计划等国际标准及相关研究的最新进展,并提出中国密切跟踪国际食品法典委员会(CAC)标准进展,进一步完善中国水产品加工标准化工作等应对措施和建议。
The key and hot issues concerning the current international standards for aquatic products and the progress made in the formulation of related standards were presented at the 33rd Session of the Commission on Aquaculture and Aquatic Products (CAC-CCFFP) of the Codex Alimentarius Commission. The paper mainly introduced the methods of determination of shellfish toxins, the standard of frozen scallop meat products and processing practices, the standard of operation of sturgeon caviar, the latest progress of international standards such as histamine regulation and sampling plan and related research, and put forward that China closely follow the international Progress of the Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC) standard, further improvement of countermeasures and suggestions on the standardization of processing of aquatic products in China.
