目的 :研究柏子仁单方对猫觉醒——睡眠节律的影响。方法 :采用多导睡眠图描记方法 ,以脑电图 (EEG)、肌电图 (EMG)、(EDG)不同变化为睡眠分期的区分指标。结果 :腹腔注射柏子仁单方注射液后 ,睡眠时间在注射药物后第 2个小时段即延长 ,并缓慢增加 ,第 6个小时段增加达最大 ,之后缓慢降低。猫在睡眠过程中 ,与对照实验组相比 ,慢波睡眠期延长 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,其中慢波睡眠浅睡期延长 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,慢波睡眠深睡期明显延长 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;异相睡眠期变化无统计学意义。结论 :柏子仁醇法提取后的有效成分可使猫的慢波睡眠时间延长 ,提示其有效成分有助于猫的入睡 ,并使深睡时间明显延长 ,对体力恢复作用很显著
Objective: To study the effects of Bai Ziren’s unilateral awakening on the sleep-sleep rhythm. Methods : Using polysomnography, EEG, EMG, and EDG were the different indicators of sleep stage. RESULTS: After intraperitoneal injection of Boziren injection, the sleeping time was prolonged in the 2nd hour after the injection of the drug, and slowly increased. The maximum increase occurred in the 6th hour, and then slowly decreased. Cats during sleep, compared with the control group, slow wave sleep longer (P <0. 0 01), which slow wave sleep shallow extended sleep (P <0. 0 5), slow wave sleep deep sleep The period was significantly prolonged (P < 0.01); there was no statistically significant change in the phase of heterophasic sleep. Conclusion : The active ingredients extracted from the alcohol extract of Bozienhu can prolong the slow wave sleep time of cats, suggesting that its active ingredients are helpful for cats to fall asleep and make the deep sleep time prolonged obviously. It has a significant effect on physical recovery.
