甲状腺肿是普外科常见病,多采用手术治疗,我院1995—1998年采用四环素囊内注射治疗甲状腺囊肿43例,疗效满意,报道如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 本组43例中女性32例,男性11例。年龄16～65岁,平均年龄33岁。病程最短10d,最长3年。单侧40例,双侧3例。直径1～4cm。多无自觉症状,局部皮肤无红肿。全部病例均经B超确诊,确定囊肿数量。1.2 治疗方法 患者平卧位,肩部加垫颈后仰,头偏向健侧,颈部充分暴露病变处,皮肤消毒,铺手术巾,用左手拇指与食指固定囊肿,右手持注射器直接穿刺,抽尽囊液,囊液保留做脱落细胞学检查,以免遗漏囊腺癌。用生理盐水反复冲洗囊肿2～3遍后,至液体清亮视囊腔大小注入四环素液,按每抽出1ml囊内液体注入四环素液0.3～0.5ml的比例注入,每支四环素0.25g稀释为1ml。穿刺过程中避免咳嗽及吞咽活动。全部病例无副损伤,无感染。术后口服利菌沙2～3d。1.3 结果 全组43例均治愈。一次注射治愈39例,4例经2～3次注射治愈。随访4个月～2年无复发。无不适主诉。

All cases were diagnosed by B ultrasound to determine the number of cysts. 1.2 Treatment patients supine position, shoulder pad neck thrown back, head biased to the healthy side, the neck fully exposed lesions, skin disinfection, shop surgery towel, with his left thumb and index finger fixed cysts, right hand holding a syringe directly puncture, pumping As the cyst fluid, the cyst fluid is retained for cytological cytological examination to avoid missing cystadenocarcinoma. After washing cysts 2 to 3 times with normal saline, the tetracystin solution was injected into the clear luminal cysts. Injected with 1 to 3 ml of tetracycline solution per 1 ml of cyst fluid, each tetracycline 0.25 g was diluted to 1 ml. Avoid coughing and swallowing during puncture. In all cases there was no side injury and no infection. Oral mycelium was administered orally 2 to 3 days after surgery. 1.3 Results All 43 patients were cured. 39 cases were cured by one injection and 4 cases were cured by 2 to 3 injections. Follow-up 4 months to 2 years without recurrence. No complaints chief complaint.
