2013年7~9月研究了采煤塌陷地池塘夏季浮游植物的群落结构。结果显示:共检出浮游植物8门112个属种,其中绿藻门种类最多;浮游植物密度变化在(5.44~136.30)×10~6 ind./L之间,平均密度为40.18×10~6 ind./L,其中蓝藻的密度最大,其次为绿藻,硅藻和隐藻,裸藻、甲藻和金藻的密度较小;生物量变动范围为3.82~77.97mg/L,平均生物量20.36mg/L;其中裸藻的生物量最高,其次为硅藻、甲藻和隐藻。采煤塌陷区池塘浮游植物多样性指数(H’)变动在2.16~3.95之间,均值为3.04;均匀度(J)在0.44~0.85之间,均值为0.64;物种丰富度指数(d)在3.37~5.45之间,均值为4.30。H’、J、d均处于较高的水平,说明池塘浮游植物种类较多,群落结构稳定,分布均匀。结果表明:采煤塌陷区池塘水体环境质量属清洁水平。
From July to September in 2013, the community structure of phytoplankton in ponds in the coal mining subsidence area in summer was studied. The results showed that phytoplankton was detected in 112 genera and 8 species, of which Chlorophyta was the most abundant. The density of phytoplankton varied from (5.44 to 136.30) × 10 ~ 6 ind./L, with an average density of 40.18 × 10 ~ 6 ind./L, of which the density of cyanobacteria was the largest, followed by that of green algae, diatoms and cryptophytes. The density of euglena, dinoflagellate and golden algae was small. The range of biomass was 3.82-77.97 mg / L, The amount of 20.36mg / L; of which the highest biomass of euglena, followed by diatoms, dinoflagellates and cryptococcosis. The variation of phytoplankton diversity index (H ’) was between 2.16 and 3.95 in the coal mining subsidence area, with an average of 3.04. The evenness (J) ranged from 0.44 to 0.85 with a mean of 0.64. Species richness index (d) 3.37 ~ 5.45 between the mean 4.30. H ’, J, d are at a higher level, indicating that ponds more species of phytoplankton, community structure is stable and evenly distributed. The results show that the environmental quality of pond water in coal mining subsidence area is clean.
