根据国务院要求,为加快实现我国对外经济贸易管理、服务工作的标准化、科学化、规范化,对外贸易经济合作部将于1998年1月1日,在全国范围内统一编制和使用进出口企业代码。目前,各项筹备工作正在抓紧实施。 进出口企业代码全长为13位字符码,其中1—4位采用《中华人民共和国行政区划代码》,5—13位采用国家技术监督局核发的《中华人民共和国企业法人代码证书》上的代码(也称为“组织机构代码”)。 进出口企业代码具有唯一性,在国际贸易电子数据交换和全国对外经济贸易业务中使用。
In accordance with the requirements of the State Council, in order to speed up the realization of the standardization, scientization and standardization of China’s foreign economic and trade management and service work, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation will, on January 1, 1998, unify the preparation and use of import and export enterprise codes throughout the country. At present, all preparatory work is being implemented urgently. The code of the import and export enterprise is 13 characters in length, of which 1 to 4 adopt the code of “Administrative Region Code of the People’s Republic of China” and 5 to 13 codes of “Enterprise Code Certificate of the People’s Republic of China” issued by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision (Also known as “Organization Code”). The code of import and export enterprises is unique, and is used in the international trade of electronic data exchange and the national foreign economic and trade business.
