目的:总结浙江省立同德医院采用急诊分诊安全管理的措施和成效。方法:选取浙江省立同德医院2014年7月~2015年7月(对照组)和2015年7月~2016年7月(观察组)的总计1000名患者进行调查统计,根据结果对急诊分诊安全管理模式进行评价。结果:观察组的数据明显优于对照组,实行安全管理模式后,患者满意度大大提高,医护人员集体素质得到改善,且结果满足统计学意义。结论:急诊分诊安全管理模式在急诊科有很明显的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the measures and results of emergency management of triad in Zhejiang Provincial Tongde Hospital. Methods: A total of 1000 patients from Tongde Hospital of Zhejiang Province from July 2014 to July 2015 (control group) and July 2015 to July 2016 (observation group) were surveyed and statistically analyzed. According to the results, Diagnosis of safety management model for evaluation. Results: The data of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group. After the implementation of the safety management mode, the satisfaction of the patients was greatly improved, the overall quality of the health care workers improved, and the results satisfied the statistical significance. Conclusion: Emergency triage safety management mode has obvious effect in emergency department.
