欧美国家是以比中国多20倍以上的人均收入去消费比中国多1倍价格的汽油。作为宏观政策部门,国家发改委应从全局来慎重决策油价取向, 既要坚持“小步快走”的原则,更要切实考虑最终消费者的承受能力。
Europeans and Americans are petrol that consumes more than twice the price of China’s with per capita income more than 20 times that of China. As a macro-policy department, the NDRC should make a cautious decision on oil prices from the perspective of the overall situation. It is necessary to adhere to the principle of “small-step-go” and more practical consideration of the ultimate consumer endurance.
