在石门揭穿缓倾斜特厚突出煤层时,穿煤段距离一般长达几十米,抽排钻孔施工时,喷孔、卡钻严重,施工困难,无法一次性穿透煤层全厚,传统上只能采取分段防突措施,揭穿煤层。但分段实施防突措施,危险性大,揭煤时间长。为此,提出了复杂条件下的石门揭煤区域综合防突措施,包括迎头抽排钻孔与水力冲孔综合防突措施、顶板巷钻孔抽放区域防突措施、穿煤段顺层孔排放、金属骨架与煤体固化安全防护措施。通过在青东矿8煤石门揭煤现场试验,安全、快速的揭开了煤层,证明了该方法的有效性。
