In order to explore the different species of Lentinus on the nutritional requirements of the differences, to mushroom breeding and production to provide a scientific basis. The authors tested five different varieties of Lentinus subnudus, L. lepideus and L. edodes of Lentinus edodes on solid medium with various carbon and nitrogen sources.
