随着人本重要性的凸显,人力资源管理的价值已被社会广泛认可,商业组织中人力资源的创造性、高效性已成为组织绩效获得竞争力的关键要素。如何通过有效的绩效管理办法,激发组织中人的积极性和创造性,提升他们的效能与绩效,从而增强组织的竞争力,是任何组织不容回避的问题。供电公司作为电网的重要组织单元,如何建立有效的绩效管理系统,不断提高绩效管理水平以适应市场发展要求,是探索实践的重要管理课题。笔者认为,绩效提升的前提条件,是建立有效的绩效管理体系,为员工营造公平和谐的激励环境。文章结合公司绩效管理的核心技术,提出通过对公司原绩效管理状况及其改进探索和总结,提出绩效四步动态管理,其核心技术是平衡记分卡(BSC)。
With the importance of humanity highlighted, the value of human resource management has been widely recognized by society. The creativity and high efficiency of human resources in commercial organizations have become the key elements in the performance of organizations. How to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of the people in the organization and improve their performance and performance so as to enhance their competitiveness is an unavoidable problem for any organization through effective performance management. As an important organizational unit of power grid, how to establish an effective performance management system and improve the performance management level to meet the requirements of market development are the important management issues of exploration and practice. The author believes that the prerequisite for performance improvement is to establish an effective performance management system for employees to create a fair and harmonious incentive environment. In this paper, combining with the core technology of company performance management, this paper puts forward four steps of dynamic performance management by exploring and summarizing the company’s performance management and its improvement. The core technology is Balanced Scorecard (BSC).
