良好的师生关系有利于英语教学;也为学生学好英语提供了很好的外部环境;有利于英语教学质量的提高。建立良好的师生关系的重要条件之一是确立教师的地位,定位教师的角色,尊重学生的人格是建立良好师生关系的突破口,创设轻松愉悦的学习环境有利于建立良好的师生关系。
