对自加热气敏电阻工作电压超过一定值时,由本征激发而产生的热奔走现象机理进行了分析.结果表明,该电压值随空气中CO浓度的上升而下降,并与气敏电阻自身结构特性有关.
When the working voltage of the self-heating gas-sensitive resistor exceeds a certain value, the phenomenon of hot running caused by the intrinsic excitation is analyzed. The results show that the voltage value decreases with the increase of CO concentration in the air and is related to the structural characteristics of the gas sensing resistor itself.
