前言如前报导,本文作者继一九八二年从尖孢镰刀菌菌液中分离出四甲基吡嗪后,又于八三年分离出甲基吡嗪、2.6—二甲基吡嗪、2.3.5—三甲基吡嗪等五种吡嗪烃基衍生物。尖孢镰刀菌菌粮液含之毒物,已被有关单位研究所工作证明,对于大骨节病具有重要病因学意义。为研究吡嗪烃基衍生物的生理活性、毒理作用提供样品,于八四年我们在国内首次创合成了2—甲基吡嗪和2.3.5—三甲基吡嗪。本文报导作者于八五年七月以丙酮和1.2—丙二胺为原料,在国内首次合成了2.6—二甲吡嗪的。
Foreword As previously reported, after the authors isolated tetramethylpyrazine from Fusarium oxysporum bacteria in 1982, the authors isolated methylpyrazine, 2.6-dimethylpyrazine, 2.3.5-trimethyl pyrazine and other five pyrazino alkyl derivatives. Fusarium oxysporium foodstuff containing toxic substances, has been the work of the relevant units of the Institute proved that Kashin-Beck disease has important etiological significance. In order to study the physiological activity of pyrazin-hydrocarbyl derivatives, toxicological effects provide samples. In 1984, we first created 2-methylpyrazine and 2.3.5-trimethylpyrazine in China. This article reports the author in July 1985 with acetone and 1.2-propanediamine as raw materials, the first time in the domestic synthesis of 2.6-dimethyl pyrazine.
