目的通过对地高辛血药浓度监测结果与影响因素分析,为儿科临床合理用药提供参考。方法荧光偏振免疫法检测558例地高辛血药浓度并进行回顾性分析。结果低于有效浓度(<0.8 ng.mL-1)的患儿占32.4%,在有效浓度范围内(0.8~2.0 ng.mL-1)的患儿占60.6%,高于有效浓度范围(>2.0 ng.mL-1)的患儿占6.8%。结论地高辛血药浓度个体差异大,影响因素多,血药浓度监测对儿童合理用药,减少药物中毒起着重要作用。
Objective To provide a reference for pediatric clinical rational drug use by analyzing the monitoring results and influencing factors of digoxin plasma concentration. Methods Fluorescence polarization immunoassay was used to detect 558 digoxin plasma concentrations and retrospectively analyzed. Results 32.4% of children below the effective concentration (<0.8 ng.mL-1) and 60.6% of patients in the effective concentration range (0.8-2.0 ng.mL-1) were higher than the effective concentration range (> 2.0 ng.mL-1) accounted for 6.8% of children. Conclusion There are many individual differences in digoxin plasma concentration and many influencing factors. The monitoring of plasma concentration plays an important role in rational drug use and drug abuse reduction in children.
