世界工业化国家经济的发展已使产品/服务质量成为企业获得国际国内市场竞争优势的先决条件。这种趋势日益成为推动俄罗斯改革的基本因素。面对广阔的市场,秘书协会(CIS)成员国必须而且能够参与国际分工。企业意欲在国际市场开展积极有益(效)的营销活动,就应该与当今国际法规接轨,其中包括产品/服务质量与国际法规、标准保持一致。保证质量水平为不同国家顾客接受的一般方法已在 ISO9000标准中作了概述,ISO9000已为俄罗斯认可(接受),并自1989年1月1日起作为国家标准强制推行.
The economic development in the industrialized countries in the world has made the product / service quality a prerequisite for enterprises to gain a competitive edge in the international and domestic markets. This trend is increasingly becoming a fundamental factor in the reform of Russia. Faced with a vast market, CIS members must and can participate in international division of labor. Businesses want to carry out active and effective marketing activities in the international market should be in line with today’s international laws and regulations, including product / service quality in line with international regulations and standards. The general method of ensuring the quality level accepted by customers in different countries has been outlined in the ISO9000 standard. ISO9000 has been approved (accepted) by Russia and imposed as a national standard since January 1, 1989.
