美国智库一直被人们称为国家的思想库、政府外脑、美国精英思想的经纪人、美国总统的智囊团。2015年10月18日,借美国著名智库学家斯特鲁伊克先生来中国的机会,《智库理论与实践》编辑部就“美国智库的有关问题”对他进行了访谈,以期进一步贴近美国智库,了解美国智库运作机制,如何通过资政和问政影响美国政府决策等问题。由于访谈只是一家之言,且时间有限,所谈内容不够全面、系统,还远不足以洞悉美国智库的更多特点,有些内容尚需甄别和评判,仅供参考。
American think tanks have long been known as the national think tank, the government extra-minded, the brokers of American elite thought, the president’s think tank. On October 18, 2015, with the opportunity of the famous American thinker Struych coming to China, the Editorial Department of “Theory and Practice of Think Tanks” interviewed him on “Problems Concerned with American Think Tanks” Close to the US think tank to understand the operating mechanism of the United States think tank, how to influence the U.S. government decision-making through the government and politics. Due to the fact that the interview is only one term and the time is limited, the contents of the interview are not comprehensive enough and systematic. It is far from enough to know more about the characteristics of the US think tank. Some of the contents still need to be screened and judged for reference purposes only.
