在国家精简军队员额,走中国特色的精兵之路的新形势下,加强民兵预备役队伍思想政治建设,把民兵预备役队伍搞坚强更加重要。因此,大力抓好民兵预备役队伍建设,首先要在抓好思想政治建设上下功夫。怎样才能使民兵政治教育贴近广大民兵思想实际,真正达到教育的目的呢?我认为,借鉴部队政治工作经验势在必行。
