我厂对矿粉的处理,原是土烧结(平地吹)成块再破碎过筛入炉。这一生产过程存在一些问题: 1.锰矿粉的烧结,结块率低,一般不到70%,这样破碎过筛后的入炉成品率只有40%左右。 2.土烧结是人工操作,拌料和烧结过程劳动强度大,工作条件差。烧结过程中,大量的烟尘污染环境,影响人体健康。 3.土烧结矿成份中的FeO较高,进入高炉后吸热量较大,降低了炉温,焦比升高,影响各处经济指标。
